All of our boiler products are fitted with specially selected components and have CE and WRAS certification. Heatline is a member of Benchmark, the industry code of practice for the installation and commissioning of domestic hot water central heating systems. Heatline obtain British Gas Service listings at the earliest opportunity, ensuring the highest levels of quality, reliability and service.
Background
Heatline is the heating division of DD Heating Ltd part of the DD Group. Our head office and main distribution centre is based in Bedford and runs alongside a parallel operation in Germany and a sales office in France.
The Environment
Our continuing commitment means that over 80% of our boiler packaging materials can be recycled.
Warranty
All Heatline products come with a warranty guaranteeing product quality and longevity. Please refer to the individual product pages for specific warranty periods.
Extended warranties may also be available.
Service

Training
In September 2006 Heatline opened their new Training Centre in Bedford. The purpose-built centre can accommodate up to 10 people and offers a range of hands-on boiler and heating related courses.
